Payment policy:
*You start your classes immediately after your payment and subscription and once you choose your preferred class times for your enrolled course.
*Fees are paid in advance before each month.
Make-up classes:
You can make up your classes only if you cancel at least 2 hours before your class.
If you miss a class without prior notice, no make up will be offered as we pay for the tutor attendance.
You can cancel a maximum of 2 classes per month except for in the case of an emergency.
Free Trial:
We offer up to 2 free trial lessons for new students in case he/she is not satisfied with their first trial tutor.
Refund policy:
Whenever you have any problem, you can contact the Quranuna support team. However, if you need to pause your subscription, kindly send us a written message and you will get your refund in case you have subscribed for more than a month. However, if your subscription is for a month, no refund will be given and you will have access to your remaining classes whenever you want to resume.
Financial Aid:
It is our honor to help new reverts and orphan Muslim kids financially by giving them gift courses or decreasing the course fee since our aim is to spread this knowledge as we have been ordered by our religion.
